You can request to add items to your order within 3 days of placing it, as long as production has not fully started. After that window, changes are usually no longer possible.
When Can I Add Items to My Order?
If your order was placed recently, there may still be time to add more items. We allow additions within 3 business days of your initial order, provided your order has not progressed too far into production.
During this early stage, our team may still be able to adjust quantities, include additional products, or update your order before it is finalized for production.
Why Changes Are Limited After Production Starts
Once your order moves into production, items are already being prepared, customized, or completed. At that point, making changes such as adding new merchandise can disrupt the workflow and delay your order.
Because of this, we’re typically unable to add items once production is fully underway or completed.
What Happens If I Miss the 3-Day Window?
If your order is already in production, adding items may no longer be possible. In this case, the best option is to place a new order for the additional items you need.
However, it’s still worth checking with us first—we can confirm your order status and see if any last-minute adjustments are still possible.
