Yes. Lead Apparel offers international shipping to most countries via DHL Express. All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), meaning duties and taxes are included upfront for a smoother delivery experience.
International Shipping Overview
We ship to most international destinations using DHL Express, a reliable global carrier that provides fast and trackable delivery. Shipping rates are calculated based on your destination, order size, and selected service at checkout.
International orders follow the same process as domestic orders, including artwork review (unless using Sonic Ship), proof approval, production, and then shipping. Once your order leaves production, delivery timelines will depend on the destination country and customs processing.
All international shipments are sent using DDP (Delivered Duties Paid). This means that any applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated and paid in advance as part of your order.
This approach helps avoid unexpected charges at delivery and allows your shipment to move through customs more efficiently. Instead of being contacted by the carrier to pay additional fees, your package is delivered directly to you with everything already cleared.
While DDP is our standard method, we can ship DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) upon request. However, this means duties and taxes will be collected by the carrier at the time of delivery, which may cause delays or additional handling steps.
Customs and Country-Specific Considerations
Each country has its own import regulations and thresholds for duties and taxes. In some cases, orders below a certain value typically around $100–$200 USD may not be subject to additional fees. However, this varies by country and is not guaranteed.
