How do I handle vector file requirements for adding logos?Updated 21 days ago
What file types should I provide for custom embroidery or print orders?
✅ For Embroidery Orders
Please provide a high-resolution file (PNG, JPG, or PDF) with the exact colors you'd like used on your order. Our Art Team will digitize your logo for embroidery and send a proof for your review and approval before we begin production.
To avoid delays, we recommend sharing all important details - like Pantone color(s) and any size requirements—before we send the first proof. That said, we're happy to revise the logo as many times as needed until you approve it.
✅ For Print Orders
We require a true vector file (AI, EPS, or SVG) with editable/separable objects for any printed items (e.g., apparel, drinkware, or accessories). This ensures the highest quality print.
If you don’t have a vector file, our Art Team can create one for a one-time $50 fee per logo. You’ll receive a final vector file to keep for future use across other projects like signage, digital ads, or business cards.
Artwork Review & Compatibility
Once your order is submitted, our Art Team will review your artwork to ensure it meets production requirements. Not all logos are immediately production-ready, even if they appear clear at first glance.
Adjustments may be needed depending on factors such as the fabric type, the selected decoration method, and the complexity of your design. For example, very small text or intricate details may not translate well on certain materials. If any issues are identified, our team will guide you through the necessary changes before moving forward with production.
Common Questions
If you only have a JPG or PNG file, it will need to be converted into a vector format before it can be used for printing. Our team can assist with this if needed.
If your logo isn’t immediately usable, we will review it and provide recommendations on how to proceed, including conversion or adjustments.
Fabric type can also affect how your logo appears. Different materials interact with ink and thread differently, which is why slight modifications are sometimes necessary to achieve the best result.
