Lead Apparel uses Madeira threads for Embroidery which we consider the highest quality in the industry that provides superior sewing results and durability that is made to last.

Matching thread with your logo colors

For best embroidery results, please provide the pantone number for colors in your logo. We will match a pantone number to the closest thread color. If you do not have a pantone number then our Artists will match the thread color as close possible. 

Please note that threads are a textile and can produce a sheen in certain light. Some variance should be expected when compared to a pantone chip.

How your Logo size is determined for embroidery

The size of your embroidered logo will depend on its shape and detail along with the placement of the logo on the product. You can request a certain size that we will try to accommodate and if there is a conflict will we notify you with options.

Text must be at least 1/4" inch in height to be legible on a garment. If your artwork contains a long line of text or multiple lines of text then our Art Department may contact you with alternative suggestions.
