What is Sonic Ship? 🚀
Sonic Ship is a specialized collection designed for customers who need custom branded merchandise faster than standard production timelines. Unlike traditional orders that go through longer production cycles, Sonic Ship prioritizes speed by streamlining the process from artwork submission to production.
This option is ideal for last-minute events, quick turn campaigns, or any situation where timing is critical. By reducing steps in the workflow, Sonic Ship allows orders to move directly into production much faster than standard orders.
How the 3-Day Timeline Works
Once your order is placed and your artwork is submitted, Sonic Ship items are produced within 3 business days. This timeline begins after your order is confirmed and artwork is ready for production.
Because of the accelerated timeline, it’s important that your artwork is final and production-ready at the time of submission. Any delays in artwork readiness may impact the overall timeline.
No Proof Approval
To meet the 3-day turnaround, Sonic Ship orders do not include a proof approval step. Your design will go straight into production using the artwork file you provide.
This means there is no opportunity to review or revise placement, sizing, or colors before production begins. For this reason, we strongly recommend submitting a final, high-quality file and double-checking all details before placing your order.
If you prefer to review a proof before production, a standard order (non–Sonic Ship) would be the better option.
Shipping & Delivery Timing
Sonic Ship speeds up production time only, not shipping speed. Once your order is completed, it will ship via UPS Ground by default.
If you need your order delivered faster after production, you can select UPS Next Day Air or Two-Day Air shipping at checkout for an additional cost. Combining Sonic Ship with expedited shipping is the fastest way to receive your order overall.
Availability and Limitations
Because Sonic Ship is optimized for speed, it is available only on select products within the Sonic collection. These items are specifically chosen and pre-configured to support faster production timelines.
Additionally, since proofs are skipped, complex artwork or designs that may require adjustments are not ideal for Sonic Ship. Orders using this option should be straightforward and ready for immediate production.
Sonic Ship vs. Standard Orders
Sonic Ship removes the proof approval step and accelerates production, while standard orders include proof review and longer production timelines. Choosing the right option depends on whether speed or design review is your top priority.
