Yes! You can preview your logo on a product before placing your order. Lead Apparel offers both instant online mockups and custom mockups created by our Art Team.
How Mockups Work
Mockups allow you to visualize how your logo will look on your selected product before committing to an order. This helps ensure your design, placement, and overall look meet your expectations ahead of production.
There are two ways to preview your design depending on how detailed you want the mockup to be.
Instant Mockup (Upload Your Logo)
The fastest way to preview your design is directly on the product page. When you select “Upload Logo,” you can instantly see your logo applied to the item in real time.
You’ll be able to adjust placement and size to get a general idea of how your logo will appear. This option is great for quick decisions and early-stage visualization.
Custom Mockup (Request from Art Team)
If you’d like a more polished preview, you can request a custom mockup from our Art Team by selecting “Request Mockup” on the product page.
Our team will create a professional mockup tailored to your design and placement preferences. This is especially helpful for more complex logos or when you want a more accurate representation before moving forward.
In many cases, this mockup can also serve as a starting point for your official production proof once you place your order.
Mockup vs. Production Proof
While mockups are helpful for visualization, they are not the final step before production. After placing your order, you will still receive an official production proof for approval.
The production proof includes exact details such as logo size, placement, and colors, and must be approved before production begins. This ensures accuracy and prevents any unexpected results. Below are examples of sample mockups;
