Each product has a minimum order quantity, which is shown on the product page. To place an order, you must meet that minimum with at least one logo placement included.
How Minimum Orders Work
Minimum order quantities are set per product and are displayed on the top right of the product page, along with the starting price that includes a logo placement. This means that to complete your order, you must purchase at least the required number of items for that specific product, and each item must include at least one decoration (such as embroidery or print).
These minimums help ensure efficient production and consistent quality across all custom orders. Because each item is made specifically for your brand, orders cannot be placed below the listed quantity.
Mixing Sizes and Colors
While minimums apply per product style, you can still create flexibility within your order. You are allowed to mix different sizes and colors of the same product style to meet the minimum requirement, as long as the logo and placement remain the same across all items.
For example, you can order a combination of small, medium, and large sizes or different color variations of the same item without affecting the minimum, as long as the design stays consistent.
In addition to mixing sizes and colors, companion styles can also count toward the product minimum. This means that men’s and women’s versions of the same product style may be combined to meet the required minimum quantity.
For example, if you’re ordering both a men’s polo and the matching women’s polo in the same collection, the combined quantity can count toward the overall minimum requirement for that style. This provides more flexibility when ordering for teams with mixed sizing and fit preferences.
Logo Placement Requirement
At least one logo placement is required to finalize any custom order. This ensures your items go through the full customization process, including artwork review, proof creation, and production.
If you need multiple logo placements or additional customization, this can typically be added during the ordering process, though it may affect pricing.
Important Considerations
Minimum order quantities are determined per product and cannot be combined across different styles. For example, two different types of jackets cannot be combined to meet one minimum requirement, they must each meet their own minimum individually.
Additionally, once your order is placed and artwork is approved, production begins. At that stage, changes to quantities may be limited, so it’s important to finalize your selections before submitting your order.
