We understand the importance of receiving your order on time. We will alert you if there is any conflict that would extend your ship date past the estimate that is provided on our website.

Ship dates are based on the date your logo is approved for production. If you change elements of your logo after placing the order (i.e. change colors, add text), or do not submit artwork in a timely manner or have edit requests before approving the logo, this will extend your ship date past the original estimate.  

Lead Apparel offers multiple decoration methods which may have different ship dates depending on our current production schedule.   

Embroidery: 2.5 weeks 

Screen Print: 2.5 weeks 

Laser Etch: 3 weeks

Heat Transfers: 3 weeks 

Custom Patches: 8 weeks   

Add 1-3 days for time-in-transit within the U.S.. We ship UPS Ground unless you request expedited delivery. 

Repeat Clients using the same Artwork from a previous order may have a faster ship date, between 2-4 days, than an order with new Artwork. This is not guaranteed but does happen often because there is no proofing process.

Please note that during the Holiday season (November-December) additional processing times may be required and/or UPS might experience delayed shipping times. It is always best to order ahead of schedule during these times.
