When will my order arrive?Updated 21 days ago

We understand how important it is to receive your order on time. If there are any issues that may extend your ship date beyond the estimate provided, our team will notify you.

Ship dates are based on the date your artwork/logo is approved for production.

Production Timeline

Most Lead Apparel orders ship within 12–15 business days after artwork approval. If you change elements of your logo after placing the order (i.e. change colors, add new text), or do not submit artwork in a timely manner or have edit requests before approving the logo, this will extend your ship date past the original estimate.  

Lead Apparel offers multiple decoration methods which may have different ship dates depending on our current production schedule.   

Embroidery: 2.5 weeks 

Screen Print: 2.5 weeks 

Laser Etch: 2.5 weeks

Heat Transfers: 3 weeks 

Custom Patches: 4 weeks   


Shipping and Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping time depends on the delivery method selected at checkout. Add 1-3 days for time-in-transit within the U.S.. 

We ship UPS Ground unless you request expedited delivery. 

  • Ground: 2–4 business days
  • 2-Day Air: 2 business days
  • Next-Day Air: 1 business day


Artwork Approval

Before production begins, your logo must be reviewed and approved.

  • A proof is typically sent within a short timeframe after your order is placed
  • Production will begin once approval is received

Delays in approving your proof or submitting artwork may impact your ship date.

Repeat Orders (Same Logo)

If you are placing an order using the same logo/artwork from a previous order, your order may move through the process faster.

  • Since the artwork has already been approved, the proofing step is usually quicker
  • In many cases, only a confirmation or approval is needed to proceed

Please note: While this can help speed up production, faster turnaround is not guaranteed and timelines may still vary.

Important Note: During the Holiday season (November-December) additional processing times may be required and/or UPS might experience delayed shipping times. It is always best to order ahead of schedule during these times.
