Yes — before production begins, you will receive a digital proof of your design for approval. Production will only start once you’ve reviewed and approved this proof.
How the Proof Process Works
After you submit your order, our Art Team begins preparing a digital proof that shows exactly how your logo or design will appear on your selected items. This proof includes key details such as logo placement, thread or ink colors, and size specifications so you can clearly visualize the final product before anything goes into production.
The proof is sent to you through DocuSeal, where you can review everything in one place. From there, you can either approve the design using an electronic signature or request edits if something needs to be adjusted. We’ll continue refining the proof until you’re fully satisfied.
Turnaround Time for Proofs
Proofs are created in the order they are received, and the typical turnaround time is 2–4 business days. During high-volume periods, this may vary slightly, but our team works to send your proof as quickly as possible.
Because production cannot begin without your approval, reviewing your proof promptly helps keep your order on schedule—especially if you’re working toward a specific delivery date or event.
