Can I return or exchange my custom order?Updated 21 days ago

Custom merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange. Because each order is made specifically for you, all sales are final once production begins.


Why Custom Orders Are Final

All items ordered through Lead Apparel are customized based on your approved design, which makes them unique and non-resellable. For this reason, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once production has started or the order has been completed.

To ensure everything is correct before production, we provide a detailed proof for your review and approval. This step allows you to confirm that all elements of your design meet your expectations before your items are made.


The Proof Approval Process

After placing your order, our Art Team prepares a digital proof showing your logo placement, colors, and size specifications. This proof is sent to you for review, and you can request edits until you are completely satisfied.

Edits are typically used to adjust logo size, placement, or colors. However, we do not modify the original design elements of your logo, such as fonts or graphics. Once you approve the proof, production begins—and at that point, changes, returns, or exchanges are no longer possible.


Reviewing Your Proof Carefully

Because your approval moves the order into production, it’s important to review your proof thoroughly. Double-check all details, including spelling, sizing, positioning, and colors.

If anything looks off, you can request revisions before approving. Our team will continue working with you until everything looks correct.


What If There’s an Issue With My Order?

While custom orders are final, if you receive an item with a defect or production issue, our team is here to help. Please reach out with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and assist you accordingly.


Before You Place an Order

If you’d like to preview your design before ordering, you can request a mockup in advance. This can help you visualize how your logo will appear on the product and reduce the need for revisions later in the process.

Once your order is submitted, the official proof approval process ensures everything is finalized before production begins.
