Yes! Lead Apparel offers Rush Service on most eligible products. Rush Service is an optional upgrade that helps reduce production time for an additional fee, making it a great option if you're working with a tighter timeline.
You can select Rush Service on the product page under the Turnaround Time section before adding the item to your cart.
What Rush Service Means
Rush Service is designed to speed up the production portion of your order.
Our standard production timeline is typically 12–15 business days from the order date. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends.
When Rush Service is selected, production time is typically reduced by approximately 3–5 business days, depending on the product and order requirements.
You can select Rush service directly on the product page under the “Turnaround Time” section before adding your item to the cart. Once selected, your order will be prioritized in the production queue after your artwork has been approved.
Rush Service helps your order move through production faster, but it does not change shipping speed.
Rush Service vs. Expedited Shipping
These are two separate services that affect different parts of the order process.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited Shipping helps reduce shipping transit time after your order has shipped.
By default, rush orders are shipped via UPS Ground once production is complete.
If you need faster delivery after production, you can request UPS Next Day Air or UPS Two-Day Air shipping. These shipping upgrades are separate services and include additional fees.

Can I Use Both?
Yes.
Many customers choose both Rush Service and Expedited Shipping when working toward a deadline.
Using both services can help shorten the overall turnaround time because:
- Rush Service helps reduce production time.
- Expedited Shipping helps reduce shipping transit time after shipment.
One service does not automatically include the other.
What to Expect with Timing
Even with Rush service selected, your order will still follow the standard process. This includes artwork review, proof creation, and your final approval before production begins. Because production cannot start without approval, reviewing your proof quickly is one of the best ways to keep your order on schedule.
