Can I order rush service?Updated 12 days ago
Yes! — Lead Apparel offers Rush service on most products. You can select this option before adding your item to the cart for an additional fee to speed up production time.
What Rush Service Means
Rush service is designed to expedite the production stage of your order, allowing your items to move through customization faster than standard turnaround times. This is especially useful if you’re working with a tight deadline or need your order completed sooner.
You can select Rush service directly on the product page under the “Turnaround Time” section before adding your item to the cart. Once selected, your order will be prioritized in the production queue after your artwork has been approved.

It’s important to note that production timelines always begin after artwork approval, which is a required step before any order moves forward.
Rush Service vs. Shipping Speed
Rush service only affects how quickly your order is produced—it does not change how fast your order ships.
By default, rush orders are shipped via UPS Ground once production is complete. If you need faster delivery after production, you can request UPS Next Day Air or Two-Day Air shipping, which is a separate service and includes additional fees.
In short, rush service speeds up production, while expedited shipping speeds up delivery—and they can be used together if needed.
What to Expect with Timing
Even with Rush service selected, your order will still follow the standard process. This includes artwork review, proof creation, and your final approval before production begins. Because production cannot start without approval, reviewing your proof quickly is one of the best ways to keep your order on schedule.
Lead Apparel also offers select fast-track options like Sonic Ship, which can produce certain items in as little as a few business days depending on availability.
Important Notes
Rush availability may vary depending on product type, order size, and current production capacity. Selecting rush service may also impact pricing, as it includes an additional fee to prioritize your order.
Because rush focuses on production only, combining it with expedited shipping is the best option if you need the fastest possible delivery timeline.
